About the Workshop
Join Uma for our monthly Soul Haven deep dive into Yoga, practicing asana that is activated and enlivened with story, mantra, mudra, breathwork and meditation.
In these 2 hour workshops, we can take the time to learn progressions towards arm balances, inversions and other stronger poses, as well as exploring the philosophy that underpins the practice.
These are stand-alone workshops so you are welcome to attend one, two or all three of the sessions.

For almost 20 years Uma has been passionately committed to the path of Yoga. Her unique approach to sharing & learning is both deeply joyful and transformational.
Through playful sequencing and a colourful variety of styles, she skilfully translates the ancient to the modern, cultivating a welcoming & inclusive space for all.
