Yin + Din

Enjoy an evening of deep relaxation, inner exploration and community connection. 

This immersive evening will combine the harmonious practice of Yin Yoga with a wholesome community dinner. 

This special evening will rejuvenate your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of connection with others.

What to expect

This workshop commences with 75 minutes of Yin Yoga led by our resident instructor Millie. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to release tension and restore balance, allowing yourself a moment of rejuvenation.

After our Yin experience, we will come together for a nutritious and nourishing community dinner. Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal of wholesome, plant-based ingredients. This is an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, share experiences, and build connections with like-minded individuals; nurturing a sense of unity and support within the community.

Join us for this treasured evening, where the nurturing movement of Yin Yoga and the nourishment of a communal meal come together to fill your heart, mind, and spirit.

Schedule

  • 6:00pm - 75 minutes of Yin Yoga.

  • 7:15pm - Indulge in a delightful plant-based/vegan buffet-style dinner catered by Green Bowl, and delicious desserts from Horribly Healthy.

  • 8:15pm - The serene Yin & Din session comes to a close, leaving you feeling relaxed and nourished.
