Himasha Jayaneththi
Masha is a passionate Pilates instructor and advocate for holistic health and wellness. She discovered her love for Pilates as a student in 2022 and quickly followed that passion into teaching. Alongside her work as a Pilates instructor, Masha is a nutritionist studying to become a dietitian, blending her expertise in both fields to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle.
Her teaching focuses on the three pillars of health – physical, mental, and spiritual – and she strives to create a fun and empowering space for her clients to enjoy movement and feel their best.
