Milli Craven

After having a troubled relationship with food and fitness, Milli found yoga and pilates to transform her perspective on movement. She realised that movement went deeper than physical change, that it too had the ability to foster awareness, self-compassion and soulful connection. 

Yes, you can count on Milli to provide you with a strong pilates class or yoga flow - fuelled with great passion and energy - but her deepest intentions are to inspire. To cultivate a space whereby people feel nurtured and excited about growing into the person they wish to be.
